  • For additional guest (not listed in the rental agreement) will be a charge per night and per person $ 45,- plus 11,5% tax (if the price should be not listed in our price list for this amount of guest)

    We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay on our family vacation. We had 6 adults and 8 children in the home and never felt cramped. The home was beautiful, clean, and packed with amenities. It has exceptional views from the dock in the back yard and the pool is second to none. The property managers were super friendly and made checking in and out a breeze. I would recommend this home to anyone and we are already in talks about our next trip back.

    "This was our first experience renting a vacation home and this home was just amazing! We were so happy with our choice. The home was more beautiful and comfortable than we had hoped. We were visiting family in the area and we all felt like we were at home. The house was exceptionally clean and extremely well stocked!!! The kitchen was amazing and we enjoyed cooking together. The staff responded to our questions immediately, we were well taken care of. Would stay here again!"

    We recently stayed at The Pelican and throughly enjoyed it. The house had everything you could think of. Lots of room to spread out, fabulous pool, and even a ping pong table in the garage. We will definitely book this house again.

    There were 11 of us and we had plenty of room. We went to the beach 3 days and it was so great to come back to the house and jump in the pool. The neighborhood was quiet. Kids and adults had a good time.

    Our family of 12 stayed at this property in June. The property is exactly as listed, with everything a group could want for a relaxing vacation. The owners are responsive and friendly. We would definitely rent this house again if we decide to visit

    The Pelican at Cape Coral was an excellent house for our family vacation. We had the total maximum number of people allowed and found it to be fine for our needs. It is well maintained in a nice area and is exactly as described. The pool and ping pong tables were a big hit, providing the room needed to hang out and spread out. The host was helpful and very responsive.

    Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for each family to have space. FULLY stoked kitchen. Lots of pool tools and bathroom towels! Super clean. Hosts were very quick to respond to messages and questions.
